Dec. 20, 2007

Abbeville, Ala. -

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. announced today the addition of two new terminal locations.

These new terminals, located in Buckner, Missouri, and Glenwood, Arkansas, not only mark the company’s expansion into the Midwest, but also bring its total number of facilities to nine. According to Kevin Savoy, vice president of logistics, “We’re very excited about the possibilities that these new terminals present to our company. Kansas City has always been an important transportation hub for our nation, and our Buckner facility will benefit from this logistical advantage. The Glenwood terminal gives us easy access into Northeast Texas and Oklahoma while allowing us to take better advantage of traffic lanes throughout the state of Arkansas.”

With a fleet of nearly 300 trucks and 600 flatbed trailers, Greenbush Logistics has grown well beyond its original service to Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., and its affiliated companies. The Abbeville, Alabama-headquartered company also has brokerage services and hundreds of contract carriers that provide logistical services to companies across the southern United States and into the Midwest. Since its inception in 2002, Greenbush Logistics has garnered Carrier of the Year honors from GAF and Owens Corning.

According to company president and CEO, Jimmy Rane, “We’ve always made exceeding customer expectations a priority. By providing extraordinary service and developing long-term relationships with vendors we’ve been able to enjoy phenomenal growth. We’re excited to bring that commitment to Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and portions of Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa through these two locations. As a family-owned company we place great value on people and communities. We look forward growing with these communities in the years to come,” he added.

Additional terminals are located in Abbeville, Alabama; Conyers, Georgia; Jesup, Georgia; Muscle Shoals, Alabama; Mobile, Alabama; Sumter County, Florida; and Columbus, Texas.
